Day 54: Showtime!

Lost: 4.7kg
Mood: Bleh.

I AM SOOO TIRED!!!

Gave gym a miss today... figured that the other 6 hours this week made up for it. Plus I spent the arvo chasing little kids at theatre.

It was our local show this weekend so I spent the night on screaming my lungs out on the matterhorn and breakdancer before cruising down show bag alley... It was tough passing on the yummy-looking cadbury bags (my usual choice)but I settled for a Gossip Girl one with lots of pretty headbands and such instead! (V. proud for that one.) Had a nibble of my brother Pluto pup but not enough to do any damage. =)

In all a good day!

Off to bed now!

Day 53: That F**K It's Friday!!!

Week: 9
Current: 84kg
Lost: 4.7kg
Mood: Bloated =S

Kept up my gym marathon day 5 today! Burnt 680 calories in an hour and felt great!(though v. tired!) 56 exercise points so far this week!


Foodwise, I went over points through social snacking after dinner with friends but feel over-full and sick now.

WI on monday... didn't loose last week so I'm pushing for a big lose this week!

Very proud of myself! Got in an epic gym session today and kept within my points.

Day 51: Powering On!

Week: 9
Current: 84kg
Lost: 4.7kg
Mood: EXHUASTED!!!

Got up nice and early to go to gym. Did a Step class and 20 minutes of split treadmill and weights. Then headed to the local cafe for a big ol' salad sandwich on fresh baked bread.... YUM! Not too bad for 5.5 points!

I was still tired from last nights gym session and almost dozed off in step class. =S

I'm doing a 12km walk at Mt Kosciuszko in March... My goal is to be fit enough to keep up! =) My EOFW will be to get under 82kg! that's 2kg by the end of the month... a bit ambitious but here's hoping! =)

Day 50: It was acceptable in the 80s...

DAY 50! Wow!

Today was my gym's 2nd birthday so they had a live dj in and it was a great vibe! Got so into it i earned 13 exercise points!! Also kept under points foodwise (even had room for a WW chocolate sundae!).


The theme was 80s.... there were WAY too many leotards and short shorts!!!

Day 49: Steady As She Goes....

FINALLY not sick! FINALLY!

It's been really humid here though which makes sleeping hard... thus my energy was really down today.

Still pushed it and snuck in an hour of gym working up 10.5 exercise points... it felt good to be back on the treadmill after a week a couch-potatoness!

Had WI this morning and while I didn't loose... I didn't gain either (which is quite good for a week spent watching telly and being too sick to exercise)

Food was pretty good today... ate a tad too much at dinner because I rushed but I pretty much worked it off.

Hoping the air dries out a bit soon so I can sleep better!

Day 48: If only you were lonely....

Started a new challenge today... LOOSE 7.5KG MY APRIL FOOLS!

Gonna really have to push for this one. WI is tomorrow so I'm REALLY hoping for a loss to meet the 5kg by Vday challenge! 7.5 should be interesting!


Feeling lazy so I'm gunna just do a Good, Bad and Ugly...
Good: Kept under all but one day this week, despite being sick! AND my new challenge!

Bad: Haven't been to gym all week BECAUSE I've been sick.

Ugly: A lonely V-day... =(
