Mood: Bland.
Hey!
GOOD: Going well.... been better with food today than last few days..... made udon noodles with vegies and marinated tofu....
BAD: it was very nice but I couldn't help but think about a cheeseburger.... lol. Also couldn't make it to gym but got lots of incidental exercise and will go tomorrow.
NEW: Goals as of today are for February 25th (seeing one of my favorite bands in Sydney and want to look hot =P), Mid-March (Headed to Thredbo for a few days and need to look decent in a swimsuit and then May 8th (BIG music festival and my friends and I are getting dressed up and I don't want to be "the fat one" this year!)

Day 36: Keep It Up!
Week: 7
Current: 84.5kg
Lost: 4.2kg!!
Mood: Enthused!
HELLO!
Reaching my goal for January has left me both inspired and enthused!
Had a fairly good day VERY long and VERY busy though.... got REALLY hungry at dinner and went a point over my limit... but I've got 10 points saved this week so far, So I'm not too worried.
Tough workout at gym today which left me feeling sleepy but good!
Had to carry a 4kg bag of potatos for mum this evening, and I've lost 4.2kg in the last 5 or 6 weeks - I CAN'T BELIEVE I'VE LUGGED THAT ROUND SO LONG!
Feeling Great! Hope you are too!

I DID IT! I DID IT! I DID IT!
My end of January goal was to get below 84.9kg (which is the lightest i've been since I started weighing) AND I LOST 1 KG THIS WEEK!! THAT MAKES ME 84.5kg!!!!
SOOOO HAPPY!
NO gym today because I have a presentation due but food is under control and I'm heading to gym after my classical singing lesson tomorrow.
Totally psyched up for Febuary! It's gunna be great!

Day 34: MUNCHY! MUNCHY!
Week: 5
Current: 85.5kg
Lost: 3.2kg
Mood: HUNGRY!
Ugh! I have the munchies soooo bad right now! Waiting till dinner's ready though.
I WILL NOT SNACK!
Just got home from gym after another productive/exhausting cardio session. WI is tomorrow morning so I REALLY hope I've lost something! Still got 1.8kg to loose by V-day!
Gym again tomorrow night and when I can from there on. People are starting to notice the difference though - Which is great!
A QUESTION: I've got over 50 points saved this week (as I do most weeks), it is bad not to use them?
