Mood: In Pain.
Ugh. I am quite miserable.
Sure, my points are going well and made it to gym today....
BUT... I was MENT to see my favorite band (my chemical romance) in Sydney tonight but they cancelled the tour so I went to gym instead..... tried total body for the first time and was loving it until my foot slipped of the edge of the step and have busted my ankle to the point I cant walk on it! =( OUCH!!! Pushed through the rest of the class but am now in agony!

Day 58: Same Old, Same Old....

Lost: --
Mood: Sleepy.
Had the day off today so I'm catching up on work and such. Was going to do step class this morning but swapped it for a sleep in. I went this arvo instead.
Splurged on a bit of choccy cake for mummy-dearest birthday last night... but it was after gym and I only had one slice so I didn't feel too bad for it.
Unfortunatly, TOTM is worse than usual painwise... no idea why but its giving me the grumps.

Day 57: More of the same...

Mood: Sore. =(
Another good day in terms of food and gym. TTOTM is slowing me down a bit but still racked up 9 points.
Had a meeting about my trip to Thredbo today (to climb Mt Koscioszko) and the majority of our food is Maccas and pizza... this is going to be hard.

Day 56: FRUSTRATION!!!

Mood: Ugh. =(
Well I've had a mixed day... was HORRIFIED by a 800g gain despite my gym marathon last week... explained later by TTOTM =(
I figure next week should be a whopper lose to make up for it!
Splurged on brand new puma joggers and matching shorts (dark grey and hot pink - my favorite combination =D) which really gave me a boost during my work out tonight (my usual gym workout)
Food's been good. We had a big sausage sizzle today which I passed on and took my own salad sandwich... making sure to sit upwind of the bbq! =)
Will keep up my gym this week and focus on getting a BIG loss next week rather than my gain this week!
