Day 22: Yucky!

Evening!

Sorry for the non-post yesterday.... at my Nana's in Sydney so I have to wait till she's in bed to track and such. (She's been the cause of many of my body hang ups and thus telling her about WW would give her FAR too much satisfaction!)
Been going great food-wise. Did a big 6:30am walk yesterday followed by 6 hours of mall trawling. No official exercise today but came in 6 points under so I'm not too fussed.

Weighed in yesterday and cant believe I put on 300g!!! It's "that week" which I guess explains it... but it's still demotivating. I really tried to push it last week and wasn't expecting to gain. =(

Day 20: Fighting Back!

Mood: Drowsy.

Good Afternoon!
Well, back on track after a disastrous Saturday. Filling soup and bread for breakfast to fight the munchies - yummy!

Going for a 5km walk with mum tonight, followed by dinner and a movie. =)
Going shopping tomorrow and to Sydney on Tuesday, So food will be tough.... but I'll be strong. =)
