Mood: EXHUASTED!!!
Got up nice and early to go to gym. Did a Step class and 20 minutes of split treadmill and weights. Then headed to the local cafe for a big ol' salad sandwich on fresh baked bread.... YUM! Not too bad for 5.5 points!
I was still tired from last nights gym session and almost dozed off in step class. =S
I'm doing a 12km walk at Mt Kosciuszko in March... My goal is to be fit enough to keep up! =) My EOFW will be to get under 82kg! that's 2kg by the end of the month... a bit ambitious but here's hoping! =)
