Day 53: That F**K It's Friday!!!

Current: 84kg
Lost: 4.7kg
Mood: Bloated =S

Kept up my gym marathon day 5 today! Burnt 680 calories in an hour and felt great!(though v. tired!) 56 exercise points so far this week!


Foodwise, I went over points through social snacking after dinner with friends but feel over-full and sick now.

WI on monday... didn't loose last week so I'm pushing for a big lose this week!
