In all honesty.... I've been going really well thus far... I've tracked everyday and hardly ever went over... I'm only 800g away from my 5kg milestone....
This week started okay... and then BAM! Out of nowhere I can't stop snacking and have gone over my points 3 days this week! I've still been doing my normal exercise (an hour of gym 4 das a week) but my weigh in is tomorrow and I'm sure it won't be very good...
I've been stressed and a really down this week... I think this caused it...
