Hey!
I've been rather down and out this last week... Topped off my the death of my scales yesterday... Well I bought new ones and had my WI this morning... I've lost 1/2kg!!! I can't believe it! I also achieved my 5% milestone! So one the whole... a good start to the week!
Also.. melted some extra lite cheese through left over cabbage from last nights dinner - yummy as!
I'm still ill so I won't be going to gym today either... I'll just have to be strict with food to make up for it.
