Good Afternoon!
Early start today to catch my favorite 9:30 step class - kept up remarkably well seeing I haven't been in about 8 months! =P
Splashed out and got hokkien noodles for lunch (we went to the local pub bistro with my Nana, they don't really cater for those avoiding cheese, pasta and fries). Didn't do much harm points-wise though. It was a small serve and I'd only used a point on breakfast (Food + Step class = Yuck!).
What IS good though is that my gym is running a loyalty card promotion - 20 trips this month gets you a t shirt. =P It's silly but I've challenged myself to fill up my card - And fill it up I shall! =D (Already got 4 or 5)
