Finally had time for a proper brecky today.... 1/2 can of chicken, veg and wholegrain pasta soup and a piece of multigrain toast - Yummy AND Filling!
Loads of cleaning today because we've got friends coming up from the ACT tomorrow. I plan to put some REALLY loud music on and double it up as a workout. Also did a 5km walk with my blue cattle dog Tilly. ♥
I can't believe how different I feel after only a week!!! I've got more energy, my clothes fit better and I'm actually sleeping! (I've had insomnia for the past 4 years which has put great strain on my mental and physical health)
Got mad at Patrick (my little brother) for eating all of the foods I bought for me. (Snacks, cereals, fruit, etc) - Not that he cares.
Spent last night (and tonight) watching my new Gossip Girl DVD and eating a WW Caramel sponge pudding - A good end to a busy day!
