I'm been caught up with assignments and life and stuff so I haven't had time to post.
WI on monday was predictable... with my ankle still out of order, staying the same was a comfort. FINALLY started getting back into it yesterday with a 5km jog/walk... did better than I expected. Pushed myself to do it again today and bumped up the jog to walk ratio while cutting 10 minutes off my time!
Foods going well too.
Pumped for my Thredbo trip next week - KOSIOSZKO HERE I COME!!! =D
