Mood: Sore but Happy.
Got back to gym this morning - glad to get going again. I'm going to the Big Day Out in Sydney next week and I wanna get a brand new (smaller) dress for it! =)
Did my usual cardio, which was a bit of a strain after 4 days of inactivity.
Been pushing my points a bit resently - which is concerning... My main meals are fine but snacking is my downfall.
